Driveway Excavation

Whether you are replacing an old driveway, require a driveway extension or simply require driveway excavation to construct a new one, we have you covered. We can grade and prep the site so that you have a compact, granular base ready for the installation of your driveway, whether it be asphalt, concrete, etc. Want to stick with a gravel driveway? We can finish off that part of the process for you.

Site Preparation For Construction

We can perform the complete site preparation. We clear the land, level the site, and perform any soil remediation, in preparation for surveying and digging of the footings. We can also dig out and dispose of large stumps, brush and small trees. This will leave your site ready for the next stage of construction.

STEP 1

Meet on site with the contractor or homeowner and discuss their goals and requirements including any changes made by the engineer.

STEP 2

Remove any existing obstructions including old foundations, rocks, stumps, and plants.

STEP 3

Add or remove material to achieve the required lot profile and load bearing condition.

Septic Install Preparation

Whether you need the old system removed or you just need a new system we can trench for piping, and dig and place the major components so they are ready for the licensed septic practitioner to complete the septic install. Once completed, we then backfill, regrade and landscape the area.

STEP 1

Meet with the licenced septic practitioner to determine the specific requirements for your job. 

STEP 2

Clear and grade the required area and lay out the excavation site.

STEP 3

Excavate the site with precision to achieve the correct grades and site stability.

STEP 4

Using the excavator, we place the large components in their respective positions, ready for the licensed installer to make all the connections.

STEP 5

Backfill the site with great care to ensure the components are not compromised and their respective grades are maintained.

STEP 6

Work with you to grade and landscape the site to look exactly as you dreamed it would.
