Lot Clearing

STEP 1: Meet on Site
Meet on-site with you and/or your contractor to discuss your goals and requirements, including making note of any drainage issues or future build plans.
STEP 2: Remove Obstructions
Remove any existing obstructions including old foundations, rocks, stumps, buried debris, and plants.
STEP 3: Re-grading
Perform re-grading and land levelling as required based on what your future needs are for the site.

Retaining Walls
We work with you to establish a design that meets your vision. We then excavate and install a compacted gravel foundation, ready for the load of the retaining wall. We then construct the retaining wall as per the manufacturer's instructions (and the engineer’s requirements if over 48 inches tall). This leaves you with a beautiful wall that will last a lifetime. STEP 1: Excavate
Excavate and install a compacted gravel foundation.
STEP 2: Construct a Retaining Wall
Construct the retaining wall as per the manufacturer's instructions (and the engineer’s requirements if over 48 inches tall).
STEP 3: Drainage
Excavate the site with precision to achieve the correct grades and site stability.
STEP 4: Backfill
Backfill and grade in front of the wall as required.

Stump Removal
With our medium-sized, easy-to-maneuver machinery, we can access your site without damaging driveways or concrete. We will dig around the outside of the stump, causing as little ground disturbance as possible. Once the stump and major roots are removed we fill in and compact the hole. We will be sure to compact it to a level based on what you want to use the site for in the future, whether that is for construction, landscaping, etc.
STEP 1: Loosen the Stump
We dig around the stump causing as little ground disturbance as possible prior to stump removal.
STEP 2: Compact Area
Once the stump and major roots are removed we fill in and compact the hole as you require for your future landscaping or building plans.
STEP 3: Stump Disposal
We dispose of the stumps at an approved facility.
